We then aggressively pursue conventional first-mortgage financing and refinancing, leveraging our strong lender relationships to achieve the necessary financing quickly and cost-effectively. Our portfolio consists mainly of NNN lease single retail properties, but we have successfully negotiated financing for a diverse portfolio of retail properties.
